    Hi All,

I have a requirement to auto-delete the Device Account once expired. But, when the Device Account has "Expired" Current State (current_state), it does not get deleted. I mean, I expect to not seeing the account anymore, but it is apparently still there.

My "do_expire" already set to "Delete at specified time" when I do the "Show Details" at the account itself.

What am I doing wrong? I am testing it multiple times already with short Expiry Date to simulate, but all with the same result.

Or is this feature having different Expected Behavior indeed?

Opening TAC Case at the same time: 5389685600

    Thank you in advance.

Please let us know what/once you heard back from TAC, in case someone else has the same question.

    Hi Herman,

Here's the reply from TAC, which I am currently testing again right now to prove that is really the case.

    "

When the "do_expire" flag is set to 1, in combination with a valid "expire_time" value, it will trigger the deletion of a guest account at the specified time. The "do_expire" field, when set to 1, enables the account expiration functionality, while the expire time field, when set to a valid UNIX timestamp, defines the exact time for account deletion.

If "do_expire" is not set or is set to 0, or if "expire_time" is not set or is invalid, the account will neither expire nor be deleted.

Kindly check in your guest account settings and help us with screenshot/status.
