Hello,
I would like to know if WebCC license is required to block websites and app categories? I saw that on ArubaOS 6, it seems that WebCC categories are empty if a WebCC license isn't assigned to the controller, but it doesn't seems to be the case on Aruba Mobility 8.
I'm able to create Per-Application Limits and assign Policies ("Application" type) to Roles to deny Scopes: Application, App category and Web Category/Reputation without any warning when saving configuration and no WebCC license installed.
Do I need WebCC or can I rely on AppRF and DPI to block block websites and app categories? WebCC is used only for website category/reputation?
