Do you recommend to upgrade from branch 16.10 to 16.11

    Dear all,

    our switches currently are up-to-date inside the 16.10 branch, namely:

    YA.16.10.0022
    WC.16.10.0022

    Do you recommend to move to the 16.11 branch, namely:

    YA.16.11.0006
    WC.16.11.0006

    Any suggestion will be welcome.

    Hi GG! instead of only asking for suggestions about the recommended move (from ArubaOS-Switch 16.10 to ArubaOS-Switch 16.11), if I were you I would also ask something like "What features ArubaOS-Switch 16.11 offers that are not available on ArubaOS-Switch 16.10?" and then "Are those features - if any - required/interesting on my deployments or not?"...or eventually "Are there fixes for known bugs on ArubaOS-Switch 16.11 that aren't yet fixed on ArubaOS-Switch 16.10?"

    Currently the ArubaOS-Switch Software Feature Support Matrix 16.10 is available here, unfortunately I wasn't able to find the same Feature Support Matrix for ArubaOS-Switch 16.11 in order to made a like-for-like features comparison.

    06-10-2022 Update: please note that ArubaOS-Switch 16.11.0007 and ArubaOS-Switch 16.10.0023 are now available as latest builds of AOS-Switch 16.11 and AOS-Switch 16.10 software lines, respectively.
