    The environment is:

    R8Q70A 6200M 48G CL4 PoE 4SFP+ Sw  ML.10.13.1031

    CPPM 6.11.8.258602 with latest patches (20240430-radius-crash-fix-cphf-141 & 20240506-dur-enf-vlan-cphf-143)

I am trying to push a basic DUR (simplified to only a VLAN assignment for now), but the switch is giving an error message:

    Name  : DUR2-3061-2
    Type  : clearpass
    Status: Failed, Role Parsing Failed

If I debug portaccess all, i see the following:

Parsing the XML for the cprole DUR2-3061-2 failed

I have an older 6.10 CPPM cluster waiting to be decommissioned, and if I point the switch to that with a matching policy everything works as expected.

Is there any type of known DUR issue with CPPM 6.11 and CX 10.13.1031?

I already have a support case open in parallel to this.

I'm not aware of such issues. Let's see what TAC comes up with. Please keep us updated.

    Hi,

I vaguely remembered that some xml parsing issue was presented in ACSX course and after checking the course material it indeed was: "When the XML result does not contain the correct commands, the "parsing xml failed" message will be shown". In the given example issue was caused by wrong credentials:

I fixed the issue, and believe it was likely mismatched credentials.

Those commands would have been awesome at the time to confirm it was the credentials.      I'll bookmark them for sure.
