I am so sorry because I asking here about fortigate 

I working on external captive portal captive portal and every things go fine but when user inserted wrong username or password he must get new magic id to resubmit his information to fortigate . 

for example when he insert wrong username or password he must type in internet url any website (www.google.com for example ) and fortigate will redirect him to captive portal with new magic id else he can not re submit his information. how can I allow user to still submit his information in same login page with same magic id ie. he should not type in url any website to get new magic id .

How did you setup the external captive portal? I am currently trying to do that with my Fortigate 600D, but am having a hard time doing that with my Aruba AP's because Fortigate only has documentation for doing it with FortiAPs.
