    Dear Team,

In our organization there are six Aruba 505 Access Points installed without mobility controller. In these one AP is Mastered and rest of the shown in virtual controller. There are random users has a complaints on daily basis that they are faces "connected, no Internet" issue while they are connecting SSID. When I bypass the users from Aruba Access Points all are working fine on different wireless devices. Please suggest how to resolve it.

so these 6x APs are running in Instant mode.
Is "connected, no Internet" gets displayed on their laptops? if so this could mean a lot of things, I suggest to check if the device is in the correct VLAN with the correct IP configuration, also check to see if DNS is set correctly

    Dear Ariya,

    Thanks for your response.

I already checked that the device is in the correct VLAN with the correct IP configuration and the DNS as well. One more thing I noted that once I replace Aruba AP with another brand with same configuration so it working fine. I think there is some setting issue in Aruba Access Point which I was not found.

so your 6x AP-505s have form a cluster? can you paste the screenshots from your VC?
Is the switch port configuration for all these 6x APs are exactly the same?
also what firmware version are you running?
