You could likely make it work with custom code / web services, but nothing
    native, no.

You will need a module on the Micros Fidelio end.

    Hi Carlos,

Yes they need to purchase the module..... here is what I have on it........ some of the below might have changed so you need to verify the cost....

    • Oracle Micros http://www.micros.com/
      • Part no: 5009-297
      • Name: Clear Pass Guest – Aruba
      • Type: WWW/IF
      • Cost is set by Micros: Approximately $3500-$4000

    Dear Forum Members,

I'm currently working on a project involving Aruba ClearPass and Opera integration. My client aims to authenticate users using their room number and last name.

I've noticed that some of you have implemented similar setups. I'm reaching out to seek guidance on crafting a workflow that allows users to authenticate through Opera using this specific information.

While I have successfully integrated Opera and can access the room number and last name data, I'm uncertain about the best approach to link this information to the ClearPass authentication process.

I'd appreciate any insights or suggestions on how to verify user credentials against Opera data when they input their room number and last name.

Thank you for your time and assistance.

    Guys,

    Just FYI.......

As your also likely aware Fidelio was purchased by Oracle in October of last year. We are in the process of going through an accreditation phase with Oracle. We were in progress before with Micros but have had to re-engage with Oracle post the acquisition. They have had some delays with the process associated with the merger but things are now back on track.

NOTHING has changed regarding our integration its just than we need to re-certify/validate our solution to be apart of the Oracle PMS Eco-System.
