Firmware Upgrade Procurve 2920 - WB.15.11.0007, ROM WB.15.04 to WB.16.01.0006

    I'm getting ready to upgrade all of my 2920 switches. The current version is WB.15.11.0007, ROM WB.15.04 and I'm looking to upgrade to the latest WB.16.01.0006. I thought I read somewhere I needed to do an intermediate upgrade before going to WB.16.01.0006 but I cannot find or remember where I read that.

    Do I need to do an intermediate upgrade from WB.15.11.0007 to ????? before upgrading to WB.16.01.0006?

    Hi! According to release notes for 16.01.0006 there is no restriction for update immediately to the latest release and BootROM will automatically upgrade to 15.05. Good luck! :)
