Yes you can. You will be presented with a field for each AP model that needs a different firmware. You will then supply the fields with the URLs for the upgrade files. See page 19 of the release notes for upgrade procedures:

In our organization there are multiple different models access points are running on a single cluster like (Model: 207, 303, 305). In these one AP of model 207 works a master AP and rest of the APs are synchronized. The issue is that i want to upgrade the firmware and can I upgrade firmware from Maintenance --> firmware--> automatically check, option while all of these different model APs are running. Please suggest.
