It happened before :-) . Looks like sometimes during maintenance floorplans get missing and then are restored afterwards. Usually you just wait a day or two and floorplans are restored back.
Sometimes it helps if you use anonymous window as browser cache can be compromised or staled after Central upgrade or if you frequently move between Central clusters with different versions of Central as not all clusters are upgraded at the same time. Annoying but can be mitigated easily by using anonymous browser.

Like with Michael, my missing floor plan mysteriously reappeared yesterday. I'm glad to know this isn't normal, and more glad that I don't have to recreate it. Thanks to you both.

Just wanted to submit my observation from the last week or two: I had this behaviour as well but without the firmware upgrade. I just couldnt access any floorplans anymore, and if I wanted to add a florrplan an error message popped up. Ignored the problem for a week and since yesterday everything is working fine again, all floorplans are back and I can add new floorplans without problems.
Maybe an Aruba Central Cloud update that hit my instance a week ago and your instance this week? Let's see if someone from Aruba has an idea.

Subject: Floor Plan Missing After WiFi Firmware Update
Last night, I pushed out a new firmware version (8.10.0.11_89676) to our AP-505 access points. The update was successful, but the floor plan for that site no longer appears in Aruba Central. There are no floor plans, just a gray text box saying "no floors to show" with an "Add Floor" button. Everything else seems to be in order.
This isn't normal, is it?
