The Client does not complete EAP communication and has EAP failures, so that the Radius Server rejected the Access.
Seems that the client is not configured correct. Please check the Clients Supplicant config.

Can you give more insights?
What is your Firmware Version on what APs?
What type of Clients?
Can you see any reason via Events or WiFi-Connectivity that could point to the issue describted?
Have you used the function "Live Events" to see what is going on there?
This could have many different causes, like IP-Helper missconfiguration, wrong settings for roaming, Driver issues on end devices, etc.

Subject: Frequent SSID disconnections
Hi All,
In a Aruba Central Managed Network, a SSID has been created to authenticate from Azure AD ( Aruba Central has been integrated with Azure AD ). Users are authenticating via the Aruba Onboarding App. Some clients are complaining they are experiencing sudden disconnections from the SSID but authenticating again automatically in a while. What can be caused to be this issue and has anyone an idea how to troubleshoot this issue ?
Thanks
