Could someone explain and give an example of the use of a " Generic HTTP Context Server". Our MDM currently doesn't fit in the category (and its not in the current list of supported MDMs). What is an example of something that would be categorized as a  Generic HTTP Context Server?

Any HTTP/HTTPS based API call that doesn't fall within one of the specific integrations already available.

It's generally used to 'send' data to a 3rd party system that will trigger perhaps an API, one very important thing about this features is that it is unable to consume the body-response, so for your example it could be used to talk to a MDM server and ingest the data say from an API call to list the managed endpoints.
