Thanks for the response.
This is the most recent post about the same thing, other posts from 12 years ago discussed the exact issue with no solution.
Just deployed a new CPPM, the only change I did is in Guest Manager, set the 'Expire Action' to Delete and logout, then created a guest account, it got expired, and not deleted.
Not sure what I'm missing here. Is post-auth needed? Although it does not seems logical as CPPM will logout the user without any post-auth.
Should the user log in for deletion to take effect?

The delete should happen immediately after the expiration as far as I understand, if the 'do_expire' is set to one option that includes deletion.
If it doesn't, please open a TAC case like 4.5 years ago for the post above.

Hi,
Sorry to revive this, but could you please give more about how you solved this? Does it delete immediatley at expiration or on the next-day clean up?
I edited the base field, and made the initial value 4. and enabled force use of this initial value. then added the field to the portal. Still no luck.
Thanks

Hi everyone.
I just want to say that the issue is solved after contacting Aruba TAC. I needed to edit the "do_expire" BASE field, not the custom field that is actually used in the sponsor portal for some reason. After this edit with an added "4", everything works.
