    Hi All,

I have plans to move guest accounts from a cluster to another cluster but to avoid a bad user experience, I would like to know if is there a way to exports the guest accounts without reset/create a new password?

    Thank you,

    Ed

Yes.  Go to Guest --> Export Accounts.  You can customise the view to include other fields, such as password.

Once exported you can import into the new cluster.

Hi Michael. Thank you for your answer.

I was able to include the password field and other fields as well, but for any reason, only the password field came without information.

I tried some password fields related, but no luck.

Initially, the guest passwords were generated randomly during the guest self-registration. Do you know if these passwords could be stored in a hidden field?

    Thanks again,

    Ed

Can you check under Configuration - Guest Manager, if you have enabled the option to view passwords?

Also, make sure in the that you added the password field, as it is not included in the default settings. But as you mentioned that it is empty, I think you found that one already.
