I understand what you are saying about the reports of the guest users, in the current Central you cannot specify that time slot in the reports, so you are going to have a 'general' report so to speak and not specific for that time slot you mention.
As you said, you have tried to test in the new Central, but still does not allow you to create these reports, in fact I just tried and I have the same thing, but I encourage you to wait for this new Central because there you can specify the selected hours in the report, for example the client session of that hour as I show you in the image.
I have looked if there is another option via API or via Central Automation Studio, but no, I'm afraid that right now until the new central with all the options available, in my opinion you could not select a report so specific.

Hello,
I want to run a report in Aruba Central that would display clients connected to our guest network after hours (11PM-5AM). I have tried to create multiple reports to show client session, client inventory, custom, and summary. I cannot seem to pull the info I am looking for. I even tried using the New Central, but I had no luck getting any report to complete.
Any ideas on pulling the clients connected to our guest network after hours on Aruba Central?
