    is anyone know how to upgrade firmware with  hyperTerminal ?

    Did you read the most recent Release Notes for your 5500 EI Switch (or just a recent Release Notes about it)?

    At the end of each Release Notes there is a chapter called "Upgrading software" with all details about various possible upgrading procedures (upgrading software via Boot Menu [XMODEM, TFTP, FTP] or via CLI [FTP, TFTP]).
