Whats the best way to harden a controller to protect the viewing of the configuration in the event the controller is stolen?

My security team is looking for this type of solution.  I am thinking if there is a way to disable the ability to do a password recovery Iit might work?

Recommended or not what options do I have?

This is not possible. The best protection is to use unique secrets and credentials when possible.
