I want to blocked an SSID which has same as mine.  But AP is not wired to my network. So how do i stop it from broadcasting in my office?

You can not block it. You can put the network on a blocked SSID list for your windows clients via GPO if your worried about them connecting to the other network. There are ways to de-auth any clients trying to connect to the AP from your office, but you may also be de-authing their clients too which is against FCC rules.

Is this a 'precausion' question? Or do you have this actually happening?

You can alert if other APs than you own are broadcasting your SSID (may need RF Protect on controllers). From there, probably the best option is to locate/find the AP, which may be available in Airwave/Central if you have floor plans, or based on the detecting APs you can make an estimate where the AP may be. Then you may go in that location and find the exact location of the AP and take it down. As mentioned, anyone can put an SSID in the air as there is nothing preventing, and it is known to happen as a security attack. Blocking it would not even take away the risk; you should probably need to hunt down and remove the AP.
