Check the ordering guide and order the Web Content Classification subscription. Note that you would need one license per AP, so the same number (12). These subscriptions are purchased for a number of years, the longer your subscription the lower the price per year. Reach out to your Aruba partner/reseller for more information.
Note that the software version 6.5.1 that you run is end of life, end of support and probably full of known security vulnerabilities.
