I don't have a 2810, but on a 2920 there is a "clear mac-address <port | vlan>" command. You can use the "clear mac-address port all" command to clear everything.
I am running very new software, so it is possible that this command is available for me an not on the older 2810. You could try updating the software if you aren't running the latest. Of course, this would require a reboot.
Also, when you disconnect a cable from a port, it will erase the MAC addresses learned on that port.
