Hi,

How can I use my AP-515 as a standalone IAP?

I have 4 pcs. AP-515 and I don't have a controller. 

Thank You.

The AP-515 ship with IAP code. If it does not discover a controller it will boot up as IAP and look for Aruba Central. If it can not, or if there is no Central subscription tied to the IAP, it will boot into IAP. Try performing a factory reset on the AP.

If I have 4 AP-515, supposing I will use my first AP to be a Virtual Controller, will it still be used as an access point? will the first AP-515 still broadcast the SSID that I will be configuring? or the additional 3 APs will need to join the VC to broadcast the SSID?

generally all the APs that are part of an instant cluster (including the VC) will broadcast all the WLANs. Then you can use zones to have a subset of APs in the cluster to broadcast specific WLANs

I just configured WLAN for my AP515 virtual controller, but the AP is not broadcasting my SSID? What could be the issue?

it also could be PoE issue. check the LEDs on the AP are they all green?
