  • 1.  HP 560 Autonomous mode

    Hello,

     

    I want to try Autonomous mode in HP 560 Access Points. I know that they are used along with a Unified-Controller, but I want to try this mode.

     

    The thing is that I've seen in some documentation that is possible to change loading MSM software on the AP. And for that I need a "cim.startup" image.

     

    I know that this cim.statup file exists for MSM access points. Does exists this file for HP 560? In that case, where can I find it?

    I just figured it out we have the .startup.cim file available on the software download page (need to use your HP passport login to get to the download section)

     

    Download page for HP560:  Under HP My Networking --> My Software --> look for 560 search, that should take you to the download page).
