You can find FW files at networkingsupport.hpe.com  portal. You need to have a HPE Passport account onboarded to the portal and have a valid support contract or warranty for the switch to access firmware.

HP A5120-24G Switch Application program does not exist

I managed to download the Firmware, but it didn't work, it gives an invalid warning something like this.
