    Hello there,

we introduced the IMC version 7.3 a couple of days ago for our network administration team.

We configured NTA for the Uplink to our Edge-Router and it works fine. But we have the problem that, if you try to get detailed data about the "tcp protocol unknown application" or "udp protocol unknown application" by clicking on the box in the "Unknown applications" coloumn. If you do it, it seems IMC tries to load a new page but it ends up with displaying the same page you clicked on the box.

We enabled the "Unknown Application Traffic Analysis" option in the advanced settings in the parameter section of the traffic analysis and audit module. The switch we are monitoring is a H3C S5800-60C-PWR.

Does anyone know the problem? Is it a general bug or do i miss something in my configuration?

    Regards

    Marco

What version? It works fine for me on 7.3 (E0506) Platform but I have not applied the latest patch. NTA is 7.3 (E0504)

HP does not monitor these boards, at least officially - you need to file a support ticket to get any help from HP
