HP ProCurve 1810G-24 Dual Image Configuration Problem

  • 1.  HP ProCurve 1810G-24 Dual Image Configuration Problem

    Tried to update my HP ProCurve 1810G - 24 GE, P.1.6, eCos-2.0 to P.1.17 by "Maintenance ► Update Manager", error from log:
    08:12:08 197 172.16.0.151-1 UNKN[-2140070768]: transfer.c(2494) 9 %% Selected file 'valMapImage1' may not exists or is empty
    172.16.0.151 19/05 11:39:32.316
    08:12:08 197 172.16.0.151-1 UNKN[-2140070768]: transfer.c(1537) 10 %% File download failed! 172.16.0.151 19/05 11:39:32.316
    After "Status ► Dual Image" in table "Dual Image Status" Cells "Active Next-Active" is empty.
    In "Diagnostics ► Support File" table "Dual Image Status" in cell "Active" empty, in cell "Next-Active" "0.151-1 UNKN[-2137007544]: nim_events.c(619) 6 %% NIM: Interface 22 is Link Up".
    "Maintenance ► Dual Image Configuration" tried to delete Image2 - error "Configured Image doesn`t exist. Specified File could not be found."?

    Old thread, same problem: 1810G-24, 1.06 - whatevery I try the switch tells me that there are NO images. Any ideas?

    I have the same issue tried to update to 2.21 from 1.6. Installed 1.20 (prerequesite before going to 2.21) now there are now images 1 or 2 and I am stuck in 1.6
