I wanted to ask of there is any problem might be seen if I used HP SFP JD094B  and JD092B on Aruba 6405 core switches?

Hello, those two SFP+ SR/LR Transceivers are unsupported by Aruba CX series (Aruba CX 6400 included).

Have a look at latest edition of Aruba AOS-Switch and AOS-CX Transceivers and DAC guide to understand what Transceivers/DACs are supported by each (Aruba/Aruba CX) Switch series with any possible related restriction and/or recommendation.
