However, this device is end-of-support for quite a time. And if PoE is lost after a power surge, my guess would be that the PoE power supply has been damaged and it's a hardware defect that can't be solved with firmware updates.

We recently had a power surge disabling the PoE capability of the HP V1910-24G-PoE JE008A.
I was looking to reinstall/update the firmware and after 2 hours on hold with HP then getting cut off, I'm reaching our here to see where I can download the most recent drivers and firmware to see if the surge bricked the device, or if it needs something stronger than a factory reset.
