HP5930 switch encry algorithm mismatch

    Hi,

    This error when trying to connect to our SCP server. Other models have no issue. I think it is trying to use single des for encry.

    We are using this:


    5930-cmw710-r2418p01-us.ipe
    5930-4Slot Switch with 2 Processors

    SSHS/6/SSHS_ALGORITHM_MISMATCH: SSH client x.x.x.xxx failed to log in because of encryption algorithm mismatch.

    I saw similar thread about this problem and it was resolved dowloading high encryption license. could you please confirm what steps we need to follow?

    Most likely by contacting HPE support in order to get access to the exportrestricted images.
