  • 1.  HPE 1920s Switch JL381A DOES NOT BOOT

    We have an HPE 1920s Switch but it won't boot, all the leds stay on after a long time even though I press the reset button. I can't find a way to access it.
    I see a ten-pin "conn6" connector, but I can't find any information about a possible use

    Place the switch close to the PC that will use for configuration. Connect power to the switch, and then start the PC DG Paystub (If it is not already running) and wait until the switch and PC have finished their start-up sequences. Connect the PC to any port on the switch using a standard Ethernet LAN cable.
