    Hello all,

I'm wondering if anyone is familiar with what "Hub Cross Traffic" relates to in the output of show datapath frame counters.

I've search online and looked through a few different Aruba docs and nothing seems to mention it. And it is currently incrementing on a couple of controllers.

    Thanks in advance!

    Regards,

    Keith

"Hub Cross Traffic" is when the destination for a frame is the same interface that it came in on.

    Hi Colin,

If I understand this correctly, this means traffic destined for the controller itself?

Traffic seen on a controller physical interface that would have a destination on the same interface.  This happens frequently with traffic that is flooded like multicast and is not unusual.
