I am installing on a Microsoft HyperV Virtual Machine.  Is that supported???

4GB RAM

100GB Free Space

this is corrupted installation package, please create file with name:

"C:\Program Files\iMC\deploy\components\iMC-PLAT\V500R001B02D004\readme\3com\en\readme_plat_5.1 (E0202).html

and try again, please, and let us know.

Should i re-download? or is HP hosting a corrupted install package?

So, just create a blank file?

Yes, you can re-download, but creating empty file as I recommended should help faster ...
