iMC 7.3 failed database restore

    Hello,

    We are migrating our iMC server version 7.3 E0605P06 Embeded Database
    with modules  NTA 7.3 E0505P02  and TAM 7.3 E0505
    Installed on Win server 2008R2 6.1 SP1  Microsoft SQL Database version 10.50.6000 

    To MC 7.3 E0708  NTA 7.3 E0709  TAM 7.3 E0623 
    on new server Windows Server 2022 
    Microsoft SQL Database version 14.00.1000
    we log in with admin and Pwd@12345 as per documentation.

    When we use the restore function of the Deployment Monitoring Agent and select the .DB, it fails and generates DMALOG.txt where is written:
    Failed to restore, ErrCode is :-12ErrInfo is :iMC-ACLM=7.3.E0605P06,7.3.E0708

    any idea where to start troubleshooting? without a support contract we are on our own
