  • 1.  IMC 7.3 Reports - Unknown Error

    Hi,

    I cant open/generate reports in IMC 7.3 - it always states "Unknown Error.! Error occured during report generation".

    Performance Views are working.

    Where should i start to debug this error?

    Is the report process strated on the server? If yes, contact HPE customer support.

    How can I check the state of the report process on linux?

    The component "Report Management" ist deployed.

    Edit: Whats the name of the report process? Only these are running:

    Do I need to install an extra component for reporting? - i am using thestandard iMC installation.

    Problem solved:

    I had to install the packages dejavu-sans-fonts and dejavu-fonts-common.

    So, care to enlighten with regard to installing/adding fonts for Windows flavor of IMC?
