Hi,
before you try to create a graph on the performance management, please make sure the Siemens tool is managed on the iMC server. Is it the case in your system?
Thank you,
Best Regards,

Subject: IMC Add Custom Index problem
Hello,
My intention is just to get graph from values loggedOnCallbackUsers 1.3.6.1.4.1.32804.1.1.1.2.2
Could this be the problem:
I am trying to add custom index to poll windows server which has sysOID is 1.3.6.1.4.1.311.1.1.3.1.2 => Enterprise ID:1.3.6.1.4.1.311 (Microsoft Windows)
SEN-OSCC-MIB which I am using for Custom Index => Enterprise ID: 1.3.6.1.4.1.32804 (Siemens)
So 311 vs. 32804 doesn't fit when trying to add custom index?

Hi Anssi,
I assume you want to generate alarms in iMC for this Windows server, right? If so, you should import the MIB file to the Trap Definition as well (Alarm - Trap Management - Trap Definition - Import trap definition from MIB file). Please check the tips on the top of the page. It could be possible that this MIB file wouldn't be enough for iMC to define the traps, and you will get error message when importing the file. In the error message you will have a clue of which MIB file you need to import before the given one.
Thank you,
Best Regards,
Ivaylo

Subject: IMC Add Custom Index problem
Hello,
I am trying to add new Custom Index polling for monitored windows server. The MIB I am using is in attachment.
I can compile & load this MIB to IMC without any problems. I can poll value ( for example 1.3.6.1.4.1.32804.1.1.1.2.2 loggedOnCallbackUsers) from that windows server with IMC MIB Management tool using that MIB, but when adding custom index, I will get error "Failure, Unsupported feature or lack of necessary configuration"
This error happens when I am testing custom index and clicking Resolve button on that custom index test window
Parameters I am using in that custom index are:
Type:[index1[0]:loggedOnCallbackUsers:1:0]
Instance Label:1.3.6.1.4.1.32804.1.1.1.2.2
Formula:1.3.6.1.4.1.32804.1.1.1.2.2
1.3.6.1.4.1.32804.1.1.1.2.2 is named loggedOnCallbackUsers in SEN-OSCC-MIB.MIB
Does anyone know what is causing this error in Test phase?
