  • 1.  IMC cannot backup running config from ONE ONLY switch

    Daily backup of various switches. Since last week it started failing on the same ONE 6300 switch.

    But ONLY the running config. startup config from the SAME switch gets backed up just fine! (which makes no sense)

    Using username "ArubaManager".
ArubaManager@10.10.14.34's password:

    I can login to the switch manually & run the same command & it does NOT fail:

    Hello,

    I think there is an ongoing issue with that, where only running configuration of Aruba CX switches is affected and the development team is working on it. I would recommend opening a case with the TAC to get the fix (if you have an active support contract).

    But I have other CX switches on same firmware that work perfectly fine

    Honestly I am not that bothered, as to spend the time on it with opening the case, it has startup config backup, that is good enough to me
