Hi,

When we receive an alert from iMC via email, it shows as "iMC NMS FaultDM" as the display name.

Is there a way to change this?

Please see attached screenshot to show what I mean.

Unfortunately not, there is no option to change the sender name yet.

Hi! 8 Years after I can say that you can: go to HPE Intelligent Management Center dashboard, System -> System Configuration -> System Settings -> Alarm Mail Forwarding Configuration (section) -> Mail Sender (parameter <- default value found/used is generally the "NMS_FaultDM", it can be changed accordingly [*]).

[*] I report what i currenlty read on the relevant tip: "Valid lenghts 6 to 16 digits, consisting of letters or numbers or underscores or space, begin with a letter, do not end with an underscore, and underscores do not appear consecutively"
