yes, the release data of the latest hotfix is wrong, I addressed it, but it hasn't been changed so far.
I also noticed that sometimes direct upgrade from 710 to 710H08 won't work and intermediate step to 710P06 is needed.

I immediately searched for IMC software sorted for "Release Date: New to Old" but it didn't appear on top of the found releases...indeed if we specifically look for the HPE IMC 7.3 E0710H08 software then its release date refers to 2024, April...and not 2025...that's the reason behind my inability to see it listed on top of newly released HPE IMC software releases:
I wrote that despite what is internally written into E0710H08 Release Notes document...where it looks quite clear that the Hot Fix E0710H08 is a IMC 7.3 E0710 software build made after the current Patch E0710P06.

you can download the iMC software from the Networking Support Portal of HPE free of charge. The latest major version is 7.3 (E0710) and the standard edition for Windows can be downloaded from here - HPE Networking | Enterprise.
The Linux software can be downloaded from here - HPE Networking | Enterprise.
You have 60 days of free full trial for the platform and the additional modules. After these 60 days you need to buy a license (which can be used forever) and can be transferred to another machines in case of hardware upgrade. If you want to benefit from the HPE iMC support, you need to buy a software contract, but this is not mandatory.
Software upgrades are also free of charge; you can find them to the Support Portal as well - HPE Networking | Enterprise. The latest iMC version is 7.3 (E0710H08) and can be upgraded from the major release 7.3 (E0710).
