Problem finally solved. There were a filtering rule that blocked performance alerts.

Hi,
I would check the configuration once again, although all you should configure is a custom index (for the thresholds) or modifying the global indexes and adding the monitor settings. Pay attention on the threshold settings, there is Repeat time (which means how many times should the threshold be exceeded) and the Interval (in seconds), which means for how long the threshold-exceedments should last. For instance, if the Repeat Times is 3 and the Interval is 300 seconds, this means that the threshold should have been exceeded for 15 minutes or more before you get alarm. If everything from the above is ok, then I would suggest opening a case in the support for deeper analysis.
Thank you,
Best Regards,

Yes, iMC receives traps and sets alarms accordingly, also ping checks sets alarms. It is only performance monitors that doesnt set alarms though the values are above set tresholds.

Hello,
Do you get traps from the devices in iMC? If you don't have any traps, check if you have configured trap filters under Alarm - Trap Management - Filtering Trap that could prevent receiving a trap from the device and raising an alarm.
Thank you,

Hi.
None of the performance monitors (CPU, Memory etc) are raising any alarms when they go above tresholds. Are there any on/off for this?
