G'day all!

After upgrading to iMC PLAT 7.1 (E0303P16) I found that attempt to "Open Device Panel" for wireless controller MSM765zl from "Network Topology" leads to opening wrong image (picture) for this type device (see below).  In previous version iMC PLAT 7.1 (E0303P06)  device panel for MSM765zl was correct.

 

Odd. I can see the configuration & images there for the MSM765 under /opt/iMC/client/web/apps/imc/webdm/devicepanel/workspace/8744_devicepanel

But for some reason your one is falling back to the generic "Other 12 port device"

If you go to System -> Resource Management -> Panel Management, do you see anything with Enterprise ID 8744?

Also, can you confirm the sysObjectID for your MSM765?

Everything looks like it should be in place then. Not sure why it's not working. Guess it's going to have to be another support case.

Same result here - I opened the panel in the visual panel designer app and checked the configuration - it has the correct oid associated with that panel that is reported in IMC under resource.

However when I use the MIB management browser and connect to the MSM765, all its OIDs show up under the HP enterpise ID of 11 - shouldn't there be an enterpise MIB of 8744 on the device? 

Don't use this much as it requires java plugin - have found other errors and fixed them with VPD, but they get overwritten with new relases...

I wonder if they're doing some consolidation of the various Enterprise OIDs?
