Hi, if so (reading about what HPE told you) what your HPE IMC E0710P04 suffered could be an "unknown bug" (unknown before present...unknown to HPE Support...so something never reported before to them by HPE IMC users).
If it is really a new bug never discovered before (and thus never fixed), it could be potentially capable of hitting the P06 and the H08 software releases too.
Strange but not impossible (especially if it is not tied to your particular deployment but it is really only application specific).

Hello, you should update your patched HPE IMC 7.3 E0710P04 (P04) to latest Patch E0710P06 (P06) of late 2024 or to latest Hot Fix E0710H08 (H08) releases few weeks ago. Cheers.

Hello. I have a problem with IMC 7.3 (e0710p04). This is a problem with backups of managed switch configs.
The essence of the problem: backups worked as they should until April 27, 2025. After that, for no apparent reason, 99% of backups were not made. It was decided to restart the IMC Server on May 30 - and backups started working as they should again. I may encounter this problem again in the future.
