Hi Everyone,

Needing some help from experts.  

I have IMC running version 7.3 E0710P04.  We have a need to change the SHH parameter password.  This is a RADIUS user.  I changed the password in AD.  Then changed the password in the SSH Parameter for SSH.  But my all automated tasks fail now because of the mismatch parameter.  Wondering if there's another spot that I need to update to the new password.

Any help is appreciated.

We had issues in the past related to long and very complex passwords in iMC. Try using shorter passwords with less special characters.

Hello, 

You can use " Batch Operation" to update the password for all the devies one go. Please try following steps. 

1. Update new password in SSH Parameter (System > Access Parameter Template)
2. Sync new password for all the devices using batch operation  (Resource -> Batch Operation -> SSH Settings)
   • Go to Resource -->  batch operation and select SSH settings  
     
      
   • 
   • You can enter the updated password on SSH settings or you can select the SSH Access parameter then click on Ok
   • All the devices password will be sync with this batch operation.
