When you approve the request they can see the devices, contracts and licenses that are added to your account. It's possible to assign an different role than admin but everything will be visible.
If you don't want this the subsidiary can create a new account. So instead of joining the existing account they can choice to create a new account.

Subject: Inquiry Regarding HPE Network Support Portal Access and Device Visibility
Dear HPE Support Team,
I registered for an HPE account in 2022 using my company's global domain email, kurita-water.com. At that time, only our Thailand branch had signed up for an HPE account.
I am currently planning to transition our network to HPE. However, today, a subsidiary from Singapore registered for an HPE account under the same domain, and I received an email asking me to approve their access to the HPE Networking Support Portal.
I would like to clarify the following:
- If I approve their request, will they be able to see the devices associated with my account?
- If they do have visibility over my devices, what options are available to restrict or manage access to prevent any unintended issues?
I appreciate your guidance on this matter.
