    Hello,

I'm trying to install Airwave (tried 8.3.0.3 and 8.2.15.2).

I tried several USB Sticks and Software creating Bootable Sticks (unetbootin, rufus, etcher)

Everytime starting Installation it gets stuck on random: crng init done

I also tried Bios and UEFI Boot, but UEFI just shows Grub.

Wasted several hours now and can't figure out a solution.

Bootable DVD and USB drives are currently not supported for AirWave 8.3.0 installation.
    See attached Installation Guide.

Since 8.2.x Version is End-of-Support, I would avoid installing this.

Since its a Version we use (15+ Airwaves in sum) and some Machines don't Support Local Iso or Virtual Disc, I still need a solution.

Out of Support won't help us.

So my goal is to install this Version in first instance. I just tried 8.0.3.2 to exclude any issues with the iso.

So why does USB Stick not work. But a DVD worked last time (is not an option, because we can't burn DVDs anymore)

With Out od Support I only want to mention that it makes more sense to focus on 8.3. Code Train.

Let´s start from the beginning to get the full picture.

On what device are you trying to install AirWave?

Is it an official AirWave HW Appliance?

Understood with Out of Support, its on our Agenda.

So I try to get a quick win, since our Machines are getting Full of devices, I got a AW-HW630-ENT (96 GB RAM) from Aruba we saved and yes we are aware its out of Hardware Support.

I already installed 3 of these, but with DVD. Since I got no DVDs nor a burner, i have to rely on a USB Stick.
