There has been a known issue with the Intune Extension and the Stats Collection service in ClearPass. You may try to stop the Stats collection: Administration->Server Manager->Server Configuration->Service Parameters->Stats collection service; and see if that resolves the issue.
In that case, please report to TAC, so they can inform you when a fix is released.
