It depends what you are configuring and on what type of equipment. If you have an external DHCP server on the VLAN, you typically don't need to configure anything as clients can reach them as soon as they are on the network.
If you are looking for how to configure dhcp-relay or ip helpers, it may help to type in the Central search bar: "How do I configure an ip-helper on an AOS-CX switch?", or whatever other device you have in Central.
