Could it be that this switch is managed in Central/Airwave/IMC/other? That could be a reason that local configuration is blocked.

I am having issues with a switch that won't accept any commands in global config mode. I also tried to upgrade the switch in privilege exec mode and it's saying invalid input. I tried to reboot the switch via the web and it just spins and then times out. I tried to upgrade the firmware via the web gui and the upload button is greyed out. Any suggestions or do I need to open a case with TAC. Below is a screenshot of what happens when I enter commands. The switch has a basic config. I've been working with HP for years and am very familiar with 2530s. The commands work fine on another 2530.
