    Hello Everybody,

I am facing an issue with Avaya IP Phone and aruba switch 6200F.

I replaced some old Procurve 1810 switches by Aruba 6200F on version 10.10.1030

We are using IP Phone 1616, 1616i and 9608, but only phone 1616 are not booting using POE. Everything was ok with Procurve switches.

When i check in the log i can see some alert like PD over current indications. I am facing the same issue with the ip phone 1616 on aruba 2530.

Impossible for the ip phone to boot. it looks like the switch delivers to much power for the phone. This is the configuration on the port, i let everything on default parameters:

    LLDP MED: enabled

    LLDP dot3: enabled

    Power priority: low

    Pre-standard detect: Off

Power Allocation By: usage ( i tried to change it to class but NOK)

Does anyone here already face an issue like that. Thanks in advance for the time you will eventually give to this case, and if you need any further informations, let me know.
