Last time I tried the update I actually got an error message stating that the server didn't had enough disk space.
After adding the 1000 Gb disk and running system morph-vm C2000V command I could successfully update the server.
But shouldn't it be possible to run an Eval in Cloud without morphing it first to update to the latest version?
Sound very strange to me

You're running as CLABV which means you've not run vm-morph yet, so I'm going to guess those appliances also don't have sufficient disk space to upgrade or operate.

Subject: Issue with newly installed ClearPass 6.11.1 in Azure
Hi
We have deployed two ClearPass servers for a customer in their Azure tenant. After initial configuration the servers are accessible by https and SSH on the IP addresses.
When I try to update to 6.11.10 the servers become unresponsive on both https and SSH but still responds to ping. On the console we can see the error message below:
We also notice in the Azure admin GUI a message stating that the Azure agent isn't running.
Other ClearPass servers we have for different customers running in Azure have not had this issue.
Does anyone have an input on how we can solve the issue?
