We updated all four of our switches from FW 16.06.0008 to 16.08.0001 earlier this week. 3 out of the 4 are now showing high CPU utilization alerts, and do not seem to be properly connected to Aruba Central. We can see the switches in Aruba Central, but when we run "Show Aruba-Central" on the switch, it shows as not connected and not managed. When I try to enable support mode, I get the following msg "Aruba Central Support service cannot be enabled without Aruba Central connectivity". We've also tried the Activate Provision commands as well, but with no luck. The Error Reason is "Activate provision has failed because of invalid response received from server status code - not-authenticated" The CPU utilization alerts seem to corelate with the Aruba Central connectivity issue.
We have a ticket open with Aruba support, but they haven't figured it out yet.
