Subject: JAMF Pro Error
We've been receiving the following error message in the Event Viewer in ClearPass every hour for the JAMF Pro Endpoint Context Server: "Failed to fetch Endpoint details from JAMF Pro Error code: 404 Verify Proxy settings, Server credentials and retry."
We've been trying to figure out how to fix it, but we're stuck. We've verified that that credentials are correct and the Server Base URL appears to be correct as well. Now we don't have the Jamf Pro ClearPass Extension installed and I personally suspect that that is the problem, but I can't find any documentation confirming whether the extension is definitely necessary or not and one of the senior employees here insists that we've never had the extension before and that the JAMF Pro Endpoint Context Server did work before without the extension.
Personally I'm quite new still to all these systems so I'm at a bit of a loss. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
